At Euro Mattress, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Every mattress is engineered to provide lasting support and comfort. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a comprehensive warranty program that covers manufacturing defects.

Warranty Period

  • Core Mattress Range: 5-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Accessories: 1-Year Limited Warranty.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including, but not limited to:

  • Structural Failure: Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam or spring materials to evidence a visible indentation greater than 1.5 inches.

  • Spring Defects: Broken or loose coils, or coils that protrude through the fabric.

  • Manufacturing Flaws: Any defect in the assembly or construction of the mattress shell/cover (e.g., seam failure).

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal Softening: A slight change in the firmness or recovery speed of foam over time.

  • Comfort Preference: Changes in personal comfort or “softness” preference after the trial period.

  • Improper Support: Damage caused by using an unsupportive bed base or foundation.

  • External Damage: Tears, stains, burns, or discoloration caused by accidents or improper maintenance.

  • Hygiene Issues: Any mattress found to be in an unsanitary condition.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  • Gather Evidence: Take clear photos of the defect and your original proof of purchase.

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@euromattress.com.my or visit our headquarters in Batu Pahat, Johor.

  • Inspection: Our team will review your claim and may schedule an inspection to determine the cause of the issue.

  • Resolution: If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the mattress at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Any repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

  • Shipping or transportation costs related to warranty claims may apply depending on the location.
